FAQ

For your convenience, we've listed some frequently asked questions that are meant to clarify any points of interest you may have when visiting our spa.  Please feel free to send additional inquiries to info@trinitysalonandspa.ca.

Question:

What do I wear?

Answer:

When receiving a facial or body massage the therapist will ask you to remove your jewelry and clothing.  Undergarments are optional as we use professional draping techniques for your privacy.

Question:

This this spa child-friendly?

Answer:

Yes we are.  Children of any age are welcome, although we ask you to keep the comfort and peace of our guests in mind.  As we are a spa, our guests visit us to escape the noise and commotion of the outside world, so we ask that you avoid bringing your child if your visit is going to be a long one.

Question:

Am I supposed to leave a tip for the spa service?

Answer:

Gratuities are greatly appreciated, however they are not mandatory. You can give it directly to your therapist or leave it at the front desk.

Question:

What is the tipping policy.

Answer:

It is customary to tip between 10-20%.  Gratuities are seen as a sign of appreciation for your therapist’s hard work.

Question:

What if I am not satisfied or unhappy with my service?

Answer:

Please tell your therapist during the treatment so she can correct the situation immediately.  If your treatment is complete, please speak to the front desk or send us an e-mail detailing your concerns.
